Clean Up Australia Day is on Sunday March 6th

Come and join us at our site in the Wolli Valley  for a productive, energetic experience.

Clean Australia Day on Sunday March 6th, is a National event and WCPS will again be taking part.

We have registered a site in the Wolli Creek Regional Park and we are looking forward to having as many many volunteers as possible to help us make the bushland look even better.

The site is at Wolli Bluff in the far eastern end of the Valley. Access is via the top end of Unwin St. in Undercliffe. Enter via Tempe St., off Bayview Ave. (NB if coming by car, you can’t turn right from Bayview into Tempe St.). The site area has been a favourite dumping ground, but we hope with your support this year we will finally be able to remove all of the rubbish from it.

What you need to bring: Sturdy shoes (no sandals or thongs), clothes you don’t mind getting a bit dirty, gardening gloves if you have them, a hat and sunscreen, and water if it’s a hot day.

Children of school age and older are welcome to help, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult.
